• I developed numerous internal web applications starting from the database and all the way up to the user interface/experience. I worked with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful and timely delivery. Below are just a few examples:

  • I built the Scheduling Tool application from the ground up using SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, jQuery, REST, HL7, JavaScript, and CSS. It enables patients to make online appointments and administrators to manage resources and schedules for more than 220 clinics and 2200 pharmacies. In the first year alone, the system easily handled over 1MM appointments

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I enhanced it to schedule drive-thru testing, at-home test kit collections, and in-person testing. The goal to provide 500K tests was achieved and there have been 650K tests administered to date.

    I developed endpoints to expose the front-end team to collect patient information from the external website. The back-end application integrates with eClinicalWorks' electronic medical record system via HL7 interface. I also worked Gravity labs to pass patient information using their API for order fulfillment.

  • I also built the Pharmacy Reportal, a report card of configurable metrics rolled up by week, period and year at the store, district and enterprise levels. It was developed using SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, jQuery, ZingChart, JavaScript, and CSS.

    I enhanced it to collect and manage action plans for pharmacies to focus on and improve. I used stored procedures within and SSIS package to roll up scores on the backend and ingest external data files.

    Most recently, I provided technical guidance to help migrate the application to Azure.

  • CAO Scorecard is a store-level report to measure and improve the amount of product on the store shelves. Built with SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, ZingChart, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Production planning sales tool is used to forecast sales and reduce shrink for perishable (meat, deli, and produce) departments using historical movement of thousands of items and stores. Built with SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Enterprise Pharmacy Scheduler is a scheduler and workflow tool for pharmacists, techs & interns based on forecasted demand. Built with SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Customer Donations is an application that processed sales transactions, associations, and allocation of millions of dollars in annual donations to non-profit organizations throughout the U.S. Built with SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Managed a team of web developers, web masters and web designers in creating and maintaining a number of applications in support of the Air National Guard.
• Developed numerous ColdFusion applications (authentication, conferences, bulletin boards, content management systems, financial systems, and management systems) and components.
  • Conference application allowed users to register and also included the ability for owners to create and modify workshops. The application also had an administrative section that allowed administrators manage conference information, schedules, and participants. Built with SQL Server, SSIS, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Modules for Force Management application to make it Section 508 compliant.
• Website for a new office to address initiatives impacting states due to Base Realignment and Closure.
• Web application to track funds and days allocated for National Guardsmen to train. The application was developed from the ground up with SQL Server, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Web application for the Joint Operations Center. Developed and led a team to create this application used by governors in order to share National Guard Bureau assets available geographically using Google Maps™ API.
